• Dealing with Difficult Behaviour Resource Package [ppt]
  Feeling stuck and isolated when dealing with difficult behaviour is an ongoing issue for most of us in our daily work. Whether the behaviour is of our students, our colleagues, or our management, it can be draining on us emotionally, physically and on our own work productivity.
